Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment please try to do so within 48 hours to allow us the opportunity to fill that space. Failure to cancel appointments, or last minute cancellations, will be liable for the full cost of the treatment booked. Last minute cancellations and 'No Shows' cannot be filled by us and, since we are self employed, this affects our income significantly. We understand that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances and we will, of course, do our best to be flexible on a case by case basis. Thank you for your understanding
